Commercial Installation
Included with your commercial equipment package is our HughesNet .98 meter satellite dish and our newest HughesNet HN7000S modem, designed to deliver higher speeds and improved performance. The HN7000S receives and transmits data by satellite through the HughesNet network.
The HN7000S is compatible with Windows and Mac operating systems and connects to your computer with an ethernet connection.
Installation
Standard Installation is included with all new equipment packages. After you place your order, our office will contact you to schedule your installation appointment. A HughesNet certified, professional installer will arrive on the scheduled date with the HughesNet equipment to get your internet service connected.
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) requires that only trained professionals may install two-way satellite systems, such as HughesNet.

Included with Standard Installation:
Mounting the satellite dish to a Hughes and FCC approved existing structure, using a pole, non-penetrating mount, or the Hughes standard roof /wall mast. (Note: Wall mounts must not be attached to surfaces that cannot support the system—such as stucco and aluminum or vinyl siding.)
Mounting to a one to two story surface.
Installing up to 150’ of dual coax cable from the dish to the modem—penetrating one exterior wall on through the same interior wall.
Providing the grounding supplies and properly grounding the system.
Installing the HughesNet modem and connecting it to one computer.

NOT Included with Standard Installation:
Complex or custom installations.
Mounting to a surface that exceeds two stories in height.
Moldings or hardware to help hide cables.
Fishing cable through walls, attics, ceilings, basements, etc.
Cable trenching or additional cable beyond 150'.
Networking multiple computers or set-up of more than one computer.
Removal of existing equipment.
Please discuss any non-standard work with installer prior to installation—extra charges may apply.
